We have a new challenging position as Front Office Agent in one of our hotels situated in Venice.
Key Responsibilities:
The Front Office Agent will be part of the hotel's staff, giving a precious contribution for the perfect departmental efficiency, focused on offering an high level of service and ensuring to the guests a memorable experience.
He/she will focus on complete guest satisfaction and he/she will report hierarchically to the hotel's Front Office Manager.
The ideal candidate has:
-Minimum of 1/3 years of experience in the position of Front Office Agent in hotels.
-Fluent Knowledge of Italian and English languages (both written and spoken).
-Excellent communication skills (multi-lingual preferred).
-Knowledge of MS Office, PMS Opera.
-Passion for hotel industry with focus on customer satisfaction.
- Flexibility to work on night shifts and week-ends.
-Qualifications and learning experiences in "Hospitality and Hotel Management" area will be a plus.
The type of contract will be decided in according to profile experience.
