We have a brand new challenging position as Front Office Agent at our 5* hotel situated Venezia "Grand Hotel Ai Dogi".
Key Responsibilities:
The Front Office Agent will be part of the staff of the prestigious 5* luxury hotel " Grand Hotel Ai Dogi", giving a precious contribution for the perfect departmental efficiency, focused on offering an high level of service and ensuring to the guests a memorable experience.
He/she will focus on complete guest satisfaction.
The Front Office Agent will report hierarchically to the Front Office Manager of the hotel.
The ideal candidate has:
-Minimum of 2 years of experience in the position of Front Office Agent/Concierge in luxury hotels.
-Fluent Knowledge of Italian and English languages (both written and spoken).
-Excellent communication skills (multi-lingual preferred).
-Knowledge of PMS Opera/MS Office.
-Passion for hotel industry with focus on customer satisfaction.
- Flexibility to work on night shifts and week-ends.
-Qualifications and learning experiences in "Hospitality and Hotel Management" area.
