Il/la candidato/a avra' le seguenti responsabilita':
Responsible for the development and execution of strategic sourcing strategies and category management activities for assigned portfolios and categories of goods and services.
Lead internal and cross-functional teams to implement portfolio strategies in support of department initiatives and projects.
Manage, create and evaluate RFI's, RFP's, Statements of Work, Vendor Proposals, materials demand forecasts and scope documents to minimize risk and maximize economic value on SRP's commercial transactions associated with materials and services.
Lead negotiations with suppliers and supplier's agents. Develop negotiation strategies and plans. Respond to exceptions to SRP's standard Commercial Terms & Conditions. Collaborate with Risk Management and Legal Services to develop, recommend, and approve non-standard contractual language.
Perform market analysis using industry and market intelligence, financial reports, market indices, global monetary exchange rates, and published economic documents to forecast and assess pricing, supply and business risk.
Responsible for Supplier Relationship Management by developing and maintaining effective communication with key suppliers in order to provide equitable value to both entities.
Resolve and oversee supplier disputes including negotiating settlements, warranties and claims.
Determine replenishment quantities for inventory materials utilizing historical usage, anticipated demand, supplier/manufacturer lead times, carry and ordering costs and other business considerations.
Profilo:
Degree in civil engineering or economics or law or similar.
at least 5 years' experience in public contracting and procurement for of high value infrastructure projects involving Civil Works under FIDIC conditions of contract.
Demonstrable experience as procurement specialist for at least 2 successfully completed projects financed and implemented under the Multilateral Development Bank procurement rules, preferably EBRD's, and that involved procurement of works under FIDIC conditions of contract.
Experience in the implementation of similar projects (new or rehabilitated infrastructure) in the road sector.
Fluent in english.
